Can be obtained by placing a Crude Oil Extractor over a Crude Oil deposit, which can be found on the dark spots on the Sakurajima Island. With sufficient power supply, one unit is produced at a rate of every 100 seconds.
It can be found from Treasure Chest in the Oil Rig and the Syndicate Thugs on it sometimes drop it.
Has a 50% chance to be dropped from Kikit, Maraith and Sootseer when caught or defeated.
