Hangyu Cryst (Japanese: オバケナワ Obakenawa) is the Ice element variation of Hangyu.

Hangyu Cryst
Its gigantic arms can tear through blocks of ice. There were times when great sinners were tied in the town square and had their hair torn out by as a brutal form of public humiliation.

Hangyu Cryst's appearance is identical to Hangyu, only with its coloration being white and pale blue.

Behavior[]

This Pal is non-hostile towards the player unless it's attacked.

Creates ice lances in the air that fly towards enemies.

Charges energy into a focused blast.
Lv 22 Icicle Cutter CT: 10s Power: 55
Creates a crescent blade of ice and hurls it forward.
Lv 30 Iceberg CT: 15s Power: 70
Summons a sharp ice lance under an enemy.
Lv 40 Cryst Breath CT: 22s Power: 90
Enshrouds an enemy in a frigid blast of air, dealing continuous damage.
Lv 50 Blizzard Spike CT: 45s Power: 130
Creates a giant lump of ice and hurls it at an enemy. It deals damage to those in the surrounding area upon impact.

Trivia[]

  • Its Japanese name may come from お化け obake (shapeshifting entities from Japanese folklore) and しめ縄 shimenawa (a rope used as a Talisman in Shinto religion), the latter also being Hangyu's Japanese name.
