JormuntideLegends says the Jormuntide was once a wise man, who after being wrongly convicted and cast into a whirlpool, returned as this Pal to destroy those who wronged him.

Appearance[]
Jormuntide takes the appearance of an extremely large dragon, with a snake-like body. It has a white under body, with a dark blue upper body, and features yellow plating on its face, and also yellow lining along its body.
Behavior[]
This Pal will only act aggressively against players after being provoked.

Trivia[]
- This Pal was named by the community during a Name This Pal event.
- This Pal appears to be based on a sea serpent with Chinese dragon influences.
- There are two Alpha Jormuntide bosses in the overworld. Defeating one of them renders the other one defeated as well.
- The name "Jormuntide" comes from a being in Norse Mythology known as Jörmungandr, or "The World Serpent". The combination of this and the word "tide", in reference to its status as a Water Pal, gives this Pal its name.
- Its Japanese name may come from Leviathan (A large biblical sea serpent) and dragon.
