Acquisition[]
Its obtained by crafting using the Electric Medicine Workbench by using 99 Beautiful Flower, 50 Horn, 50 Bone, and 50 Pal Fluids. The crafting time is also incredibly long, even longer than Cake.
It can be also obtained rarely from defeating 
Lovander.
Use[]
It allows the player to reset status points when consumed but has no effect if consumed by Pals.

Trivia[]
In v0.1.3.0, this item had a critical bug that caused the Capture Power to reset without returning the Lifmunk Effigy statues used, making the loss permanent.
