Pal Surgery Table is a structure in Palworld.
This is a tier 36 Technology item that requires 2 Technology Points to unlock.
When placed, interacting with the table allows the player to adjust the gender and add skills to the Pals in the player's party for a cost.
Usage[]
A Pal can have their Passive Skills changed or change its gender. Below is the cost of adding passive skills as determined by their rarity.

- To obtain more Passive Skills to add to your Pals, you have to do a multitude of activities. One such activity is doing the Pal Arena.
- To change the gender of your pal you require a
Pal Reverser that can be obtained doing the Pal Arena.
